Payment Process:
Payment for all activities is due no later than the posted deadline. Scouts will not be permitted to participate if payment is not made in full. You may pay by PayPal, Check, or if the Scout has earned funds in his Scout Fund by using those funds.
Using Scout Account Funds:
To know your Scout's balance and apply funds, contact Troop Treasurer, John Gerhart at jtg1989@yahoo.com
Making Payments Via the Troop 137 PayPal Account:
1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Select "Send"
3. Enter the new Troop 137 PayPal Address: @Troop137Harleysville (this links to treasurer137@gmail.com)
(Make sure you select the HARLEYSVILLE Troop 137, there is another Troop 137 out there!)
4. Enter the payment amount
5. Make sure to select "Sending to a Friends & Family".
6. Add a note to briefly explain your payment (ex.- dues or "xxx" trip)
7. Review your transaction, then choose "Send Payments Now."
**Please Note- If you pay with a credit card, your total must include any applicable service fees. There are no service fees if the money is coming from your PayPal account that is linked to a bank account as long as you have also selected "Sending to Friend" as noted above in Step #5.**
